Project On A Page – often abbreviated to POAP is a succinct summary of project covering a single sheet of paper. It should answer the following questions regarding a project – What, Where, When, How, Why and How Much (see Rudyard Kipling in the Hall of Fame). To these should be added the top significant risks and issues (if any) and the project’s status e.g. awaiting approval, RAG status if underway, completed.
